Hey Alex, with my team doing really well 2 out of the 3 weeks in this young season do you think i should try to trade away some of my strengths i.e. steals, wins ect. to cover some weaknesses or to stand pat at this point.
-Drew Donovan, Manager
Great question, Drew. If we played rotisserie style fantasy baseball, I would definitely recommend trading strengths to balance your team—However, because we play head to head I’d recommend against it. I feel like it’s better to be dominant in a few categories, and give you a few semi-guaranteed victories each week. You can then strategize differing pick-ups each week to know what gives you the best overall chance to earn the most wins vs. your opponent. Also, with the new incentive system we just implemented, you have more of a reason to keep your strengths. Your team is very solid Drew, don’t tinker with it too much. Sit back and enjoy the season man.
When will Colin stop putting a "t" in my name?
-Richie Travers, Manager
God only knows, Richie. God only knows. If he hasn’t stopped yet, who knows if he ever will. Maybe he does it on purpose, cause, you know, fuck you and all. Hopefully after your call-out on a public forum it will end soon, for all our sakes.
Don't you think Sunday May 1 would be a great night for the members of the DD to go somewhere for mets-phillies sunday night baseball?
-Richie Travers, Manager
Yes. We talked about doing that at the draft, and it’s time we all get up off our asses and get together. I'm down for this, and hope everyone else is too. It's time we all nut up.
Also, all of you guys are assholes, and refused to answer my question, so I have none of your comments to add to this. But on the positive side of things, Drew picked up Daisuke. Awesome.
Please continue to facebook message me your questions guys. Everyone wins when you do.
